Level 2: CPR & AED Training
Every year, cardiovascular disease claims around 200,000 lives in the UK. Many of those deaths occur before an ambulance arrives — and that’s where a bystander with the right training can make all the difference.
When a defibrillator is used promptly by a bystander, survival rates increase dramatically. Yet for many people, the thought of using one feels daunting. This course changes that.
In a single practical day, you’ll learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) confidently and correctly, alongside essential training in CPR and choking response. By the end of the course, you won’t just know what to do — you’ll be ready to do it.
