'I founded First Training in 2020 and operate from Saltash, Cornwall. We provide a comprehensive range of First Aid courses that are both engaging and interactive. With over 15 years of experience in First Aid and my current role in the NHS, I am committed to delivering top-quality training that captivates participants.

 

We offer flexible scheduling, available at any time of day, seven days a week, including twilight and night shift courses, to meet diverse shift patterns and business needs. Our training centre is located in Saltash, but we are fully equipped to travel to your location as necessary'
